Box Brokers Group (BBG) makes it easy to buy! With no minimum dollar order, a free printing plate and artwork program and 2-7 day turnarounds, why not give us a try?
MINIMUM ORDER
We have no minimum dollar order. Boxes are sold by the dozen. Boxes costing more than $5.00 each can be purchased in multiples of six. Displays are sold individually, and pouches are sold by poly bag counts of 48 to 100 pieces per size. Please inquire with customer service for minimums orders for custom products.
LEADTIME/SHIPPING POINT
Plain orders will ship within 48-72 hours. Repeat orders that require printing will ship within 3-7 business days January through September. For new orders requiring printing, please see PLATES below. Please contact our customer service department for lead times in the fourth quarter, or if special handling is required. All shipments are FOB Brea, Ca.
ARTWORK
BBG is happy to typeset your store name and include a diamond in your logo at no charge. Otherwise we request a clean copy of your logo in dark letters on a light background (JPEG email format preferred). Please send to artwork@boxbrokersgroup.com. Within five days of receipt of artwork, a proof will be sent electronically to you for final approval. Creation of a custom logo and/or excessive reworking of a logo will be billed out at $60 per hour, billed in quarter hour increments.
PLATES
An order exceeding $500 at regular catalog price is eligible for up to three printing plates (a $150 value) at no charge (one time per customer). With free plates, BBG will require 30 days to ship your initial order, but re-orders will ship in our standard 3-7 business days January through September. If your printed boxes need to be shipped in less than 30 days, a $50 plate fee per size applies. Normal turnaround for new orders with paid plates is two weeks.
PRINTING
BBG’s two tiered print costs are based on the total dollar value of merchandise ordered. If the total dollar value is greater than $500 at regular catalog price, hot stamping costs 10 cents per impression and pad printing costs 20 cents per impression. If the total dollar value is under $500, the hot stamping charges are 15 cents per hot stamp, and 25 cents per pad print, respectively. There is a minimum print fee of $15.00 per order. Hot stamping is a foil transfer process well known for its metallic look. It is best applied to paper, satin, and suede materials. Pad printing is an ink process that we recommend when printing on a leatherette surface, when your log has a lot of detail, when two colors are involved, when a PMS color match is required, when printing on the exterior of the box, or when printing on displays. Note that for PMS color matching an $80 ink matching bi-annual fee applies. Our customer service department can assist and make suggestions based on your individual needs. Customers requesting hot stamping on leatherette do so at their own risk.
SHIPPING METHODS
BBG has daily pick up service with UPS, Fed Ex, and a variety of truck lines. For up to 20 cartons, our preferred ground carrier is Fed Ex. Fed Ex offers a 4 day shipping guarantee (or your money back) to 99% of the United States while matching all ground UPS’s rates. Partnering with Fed Ex, BBG can ship on a Monday and you will have your shipment by ground before the weekend! For shipments over 20 cartons, our shipping department will analyze the least expensive shipping means. Any customers requesting UPS shipping will need to provide their UPS account number at time of order. Call our customer service if your shipment needs expedited air service.
PAYMENT TERMS
1 and 2 rated Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) members are eligible for Net 30 terms. A debit card, credit card, or check must accompany all other orders as BBG no longer accepts COD accounts. Contact our customer service department if you are not a JBT member and would like to apply for credit terms.
RETURN POLICIES
If there are any discrepancies with an order received, BBG must be notified within 10 business days of receipt. Our customer service department will issue a return authorization number (RMA) that must be written clearly on all shipping cartons being returned. Any shipment arriving to our facility without a pre-assigned RMA number will be refused and returned. Returns with RMA numbers must reach our facility within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all non-printed products. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all orders that have the top inserts printed. A 50% restocking fee will apply for orders that have the outer cartons printed. No credit will be issued for custom product or product that has been used, damaged, is missing its individual outer packing, or is returned in non re-sellable condition. Please take extra care in repacking our goods.
